Allow us to introduce to you: Stickman
Stickman is Solkie’s gamification element, the avatar. He goes on adventures monthly. It’s up to you to guess where he is going to this month.
Once a month, you will receive an invitation to participate in an Employee Survey by completing a questionnaire. With each question you will a snippet of an animation of Stickman, containing an icon. Guess what place, location or country Stickman is going to, by using the hints the icons give you. The more questions you answer, the more explicit become the icons. At the end of the questionnaire you will receive a picture of the place, location or country where Stickman was that month. You thus monthly add a picture to your account. This game element, makes completing the questionnaire more fun.
